Citrus Shakeups

Ingredients

1/2 of a lemon
1/2 of an orange
3 Tbsp. sugar
 
1-1/4 cups Ice cubes about
3 Tbsp. Water
Orange wedges or lemon slices, optional

Instructions

1. In a 16-ounce shaker, squeeze juice from the lemon and orange halves. Add sugar. 2. Add enough ice cubes to fill two-thirds full. Add water to cover ice. 3. Cover and shake. Serve in a tall glass. Makes 1 serving. Per serving: 173 calories, 0 g total fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 3 mg sodium, 45 g carbohydrate
