Beef ala lola
Ingredients
3 pcs onions, quartered 1 whole head garlic, minced 6 plum tomatoes (native) cut into halves 1/3 cup vinegar 1/3 cup soysauce 2 laurel leaves 1 tsp peppercorn 1 beef broth cube 1/2 kilo beef briskette 3 cups water
Instructions
This is a very easy recipe. Just add all ingredients in a casserole. Let it boil for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until beef is tender. Once it boils, lower the fire to tenderize beef in just a short while. Add water once in a while depending on your desire.
