Coconut Choka
Ingredients
1 coconut 4 cloves garlic 1 small onion 2 wiri-wiri peppers
Instructions
Crack coconut and remove coconut met from shell. Wash and dry coconut meat. Roast coconut meat to a brown color. Wipe the pieces and grate/grind the coconut on a masala brick with garlic, onion, and peppers. Add salt to taste. Serve with dhal and rice. Serves 6
