Ingredients

1 bundle parsley
Few leaves green mint
3 tomatoes
1 onion
2 diced cucumbers
Cut up pieces of prepared rotis (15 pieces)
Lemon juice according to taste
Salt, pepper
1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

Chop parsley and mint very fine. Cut tomatoes and onion into small pieces and set aside. Prepare the lemon juice. Mix in a big bowl parsley, mint, cucumber, onion and pieces of roti with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oil.
