Sayote With Squid
Ingredients
2 tbsps. cooking oil 1 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium onion, minced 1/2 k. squid, cleaned & sliced into rings, (reserve ink sac) 2 MAGGI CHICKEN CUBES 2 pcs. sayote, pared & sliced into 1/2 in. wedges
Instructions
Heat oil, saute garlic and onions. Add squid rings and MAGGI CUBES. Bring to boil. Add sayote; simmer just until squid is cooked and sayote is crisp-tender; add ink sac last. Simmer one more minute.
