Tanigue (Tuna) Cream Salad
Ingredients
3/4 k. tanigue steaks, sliced 1/2" thick 3 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. lime juice 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1 MAGGI Chicken Broth Cube, crushed 1/2 tsp. minced garlic dash of pepper 1 383 g. can NESTLÉ Cream 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 medium onion, minced 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can corn kernel 1 medium green pepper, diced 2 medium tomatoes, diced 1/2 cup wansoy (coriander leaves) 1 small head iceberg lettuce
Instructions
1.Marinate tanigue steak in the next six ingredients at least 1 hour. Grill, brushing with marinade to prevent drying. Slice into 1/2 inch cubes and set aside. 2.Combine NESTLÉ Cream, lemon juice, onions, and pepper. Toss in tanigue cubes and the rest of the ingredients except lettuce. Chill. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce leaves.
