Deep fried Bangus
4 cloves garlic minced. 1/4 cup lemon juice. 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper. 4 midium sized bangus (Butterflied) Proportional oil for frying.
Instructions(1)Mix all ingridients. (2)soak butterflied bangus in mixture for 30 minutes, or for best result, soak overnight. (3)Pat dry with papper towel, then deep fry or pan fry if you don't have a deep fryer. (4)Serve with fried rice or plain white rice. Note: This is my favorite dish.... This mix can also be used on a variety of fish.
