InstructionsCombine first three ingredients in a bowl. Marinate shrimps for about 1 hr. Wrap shrimps in lumpia wrapper with 2 strips each of carrots and spring onions. Tuck in sides and roll. Seal and deep-fry in hot oil. Drain in paper towels and serve right away.
