Dayap Sate Sensation


Grilled pork loin with cream, peanut butter and dayap as marinade and sauce.

1/2 kg. pork loin, sliced thinly
1 7g. pack MAGGI Flavor-It Meat Powder Pork 

2 tbsp. MAGGI Oyster Sauce 


1. Marinate pork loin with MAGGI Flavor It, MAGGI Oyster Sauce and 1/4 cup of peanut-dayap sauce for at least 30 minutes. 2. Skewer 2-3 pieces of meat in a BBQ stick. 3. Grill until cooked, brushing with oil to prevent from drying. Serve with remaining peanut-dayap sauce.
