BUKO CHICKEN SOUP
1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped celery stalk and leaves 1/4 kg. chicken, cut-up 2 tbsp. butter 1 MAGGI Chicken Broth Cube, dissolved in 4 cups water 2 cups shredded buko 1 158 ml. CARNATION Evap 1/2 tsp. salt pepper
Instructions1. Saute onions, celery, and chicken in butter. Stir in broth. Simmer for 10 minutes and add the rest of the ingredients. Season to taste. 2. Bring to simmer for 5 mins. Serve hot.
