Paksiw na Lechon (Lechon in Tangy Sauce)

Ingredients

2 lbs. leftover lechon, cut into cubes 
2 cups liver sauce 
1 bay leaf 
3 tbsp. soy sauce 
1/2 tsp. peppercorn 
1/4 cup vinegar 
1/4 cup brown sugar 
1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

1) Combine all ingredients in a pot 2) Let simmer for 30 minutes (covered) 3) Serve hot!
