Israeli coffee chicken

Ingredients

Ingredients: 

1 lg Fryer, cut up 
3/4 c Coffee 
1/3 c Catsup 
3 T Soy sauce 
2 T Lemon juice 
2 T Wine vinegar 
1 T Olive oil 
2 T Brown sugar 

Instructions

Combine liquids and sugar and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer five to ten minutes. Pour the sauce over the chicken in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for an hour. Good hot or cold.
