Smoked Banga Salad


8 oz cooked smoked banga-
mary or fish-fillet (or cooked
pickled banga-mary)
2-3 wiri-wiri peppers, chopped
lemon juice
cucumber and onion to garnish


Remove all skin and bone from the fish. Flake fish, mix with chopped peppers and sprinkle with lemon juice. Divide the fish into scallop shells or individual dishes, cover with mayonnaise and decorate with cucumber cones and onion rings. Serves 4
