Ju-jubes

Ingredients

1 lb sugar
2 oz gelatin
1/2 pt water
coloring
flavoring
powdered sugar

Instructions

Soak gelatin with 1/4 pint water. Put sugar, gelatin, and the rest of the water in a pan and carefully dissolve over gentle heat. Now bring the mixture to the boil, and boil for 5 minutes. Color and flavor. Pour into a wet tin and leave to cool. When finally set, and leave to cool. When finally set, cut into shapes and roll in powdered sugar.
