Bocarillo

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups mature buko, shredded
1/2 cup CARNATION Evaporated Milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. calamansi juice

Instructions

1. Combine sugar and buco in a heavy saucepan. Cook stirring constantly over low heat until almost dry. 2. Stir in CARNATION Evaporated Milk and slightly beaten eggs. 3. Cook until thick and stir in calamansi juice. Drop by teaspoonfuls on wilted banana leaves or wax paper. Cool until set
