Filling 2 tbsps. butter 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 cup button mushrooms, sliced 3 tbsps. flour 1 cup grated cheese 1 170 g. can NESTLE Cream salt and pepper, to taste Meat Roll 1 kg. pork tenderloin, cut into sheets 4 x 4 in. squares 1 MAGGI Pork Broth Cube 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup breadcrumbs cooking oil, for frying
Instructions1. Melt butter and saute garlic and mushrooms. Stir in flour, cheese, NESTLÉ Cream, salt and pepper. Cook stirring until smooth. Pour into a square pan, cool then refrigerate until set. Slice to about 1 inch sticks. 2. Rub pork with MAGGI Pork Broth Cube and let stand for about 20 min. Place a "stick" of the cheese mixture in the center of a pork sheet then roll as in jelly roll. Dust with flour, dip in egg and dredge in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and serve with MAGGI Chilli Sauce.
