Bangus Condensada


400 g. boneless bangus belly 
1 301 ml. can CARNATION Condensada 
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped celery 
salt, to taste 
cooking oil, for frying 


1. Combine all ingredients except cooking oil. 2. Marinate for at least an hour or over night. Drain. 3. Heat oil and fry until golden brown, drain. 4. Serve with rice.
